Most people either set one password for all their accounts which means breaking into one account will result in breaking into all of their accounts. Others set a different password for each account which rises the possibility of forgetting them. This is why "Acerose Password Vault 1.0" is programmed. This lightweight application can store all your account details such as username, passwords, URL, Description and any extra notes in one place protected with just one password. The program allows automatic copying of account username and password to the windows clipboard and launching their corresponding website. A smart feature is the automatic clearing of the copied username/password from the clipboard for more security. It is equipped with a nice tool to generate strong passwords for you according to your design to use while you register your accounts and it shows to you the strength of the password generated. The program has a very useful automatic backup system which will keep a backup in the place you want with the interval you specify. |
